凤县土专家地头传授猪苓种植等技术

　  “栽培猪苓用菌核作种，不能选择乌黑、质坚实、生殖能力差的菌核……”日前，凤县坪坎镇 70余户猪苓种植户聚集在地头，认真聆听当地猪苓种植能手吴开华的猪苓种植绝活。立春以来，凤县聘请一大批像吴开华这样的“土专家”和“田秀才”，开展无公害蔬菜种植、食用菌栽培、苹果病虫害防治、中药材种植等实用技术培训23期，听课群众达 1100余人次，为当地农民增收提供了智力支持。
