Cultivation and the Infectious Ways to Silkworm Chrysalis with Liquid Spawn of Cordyceps militaris
Abstract：The liquid spawn of Cordyceps militaris was used in the cultivation by four different methods. The result showed that Cordyceps militaris grow better at the lower temperature of 21 ℃ to 22 ℃ than at 27 ℃.The infectious ways of Cordyceps militaris to silkworm chrysalis were observed by the utilization of eight different ways of treatment .It was guessed that the high temperature would destroy the pupa skin chitin and the mycelia infect its skin easily.

蛹虫草液体菌种培养及对家蚕蛹感染途径的初步研究

摘 要：采用4种不同方法进行蛹虫草液体菌种的栽培试验,结果表明蛹虫草菌丝体在21～22 ℃时较27 ℃生长更好.观察了蛹虫草菌在8种不同的处理方式下对家蚕蛹的感染情况,推测高温条件可能破坏蛹体表皮的几丁质,使蛹虫草菌丝体更易于感染家蚕蛹.
